I stayed ten days with my mum and found the staff so friendly.A shout out to managers Puk and Wat and the helper Mon who googled places and bus times and even walked my mum to the Watergate mall.The service was excellent and the rooms were excellent with great views of the city.

It’s the most dirty hotel l have ever see the bed it’s like scooter and it makes me fall.the reception stuff it’s not speaking English very well.the bathroom doesn’t have toothpaste and toothbrush it’s not have something stuffs that cleans the toilet.the bed it’s so dirty and everywhere you see…

We took 4 nights with breakfast, after the first breakfast we realized it's just not worth it, the food was poor and the vegetables were dry, the rest of the food just looked old as well as the furniture, orange juice is not even fresh orange taste like a cheap 7-11 juice.

We had a long day and decided to have dinner at the hotels restaurant which ended up being closed at 20:45 but the hotel information stated that the restaurant was open until 22:00, which meant having to wander the area to find a place to eat.
