I gave the location 3/5 because although it’s convenient for the Airport Rail Link, getting to shopping malls and other areas usually requires a taxi or Grab.

The only issue I'd take is with the dark foil (?) covering the room windows and obstructing the view, no idea why/if it's necessary.
