Mercure is always our #1 hotel to come to and our housekeeper Taew is the best, our room is always very clean and the bathroom is always very clean and tidy.

Do not bother coming to this HOTEL total ways to increase tariff, for 24 hour rate they have givenTHB 2600 and for 3 hour extension they want 2471 THB and their duty manager ANNA has no interest in customer service or customer care only interested in asking for additional money.
