The reception downstairs was slow and confusing and they also asked to to wait 20 minutes for my room even it was 16:00!

It was an odd, almost triangular shape that meant the window was only approximately 140 cms wide, with minimal natural light or views.

Unfortunately my negative comments on the pool have been ignored as I suspect they're more interested in the base doof doof croud and children in the pool these days.

After I contacted both the front desk and housekeeping, they placed an air purifier in the room, but it did not fix the problem at all.
