Great location, great value, and above all, when I stayed on February 9, I accidentally double booked 2 rooms instead of 1, and the lovely front of house let me use that second room a couple of days later instead.

The room was comfortable and clean but the sound proofing needed to be looked at shower was great plenty of hot water and always clean towels can’t complain about that as beds made up every day and staff very polite and friendly

Ive been here for a week and every night there has been VERY noisy guest and we've complained multiple times and they won't do anything about it I asked the front desk and she just told us to call when it happens but it still continues to happen.

Since it is Western Street, it can be dangerous late at night because there are a lot of drunk people, but the street is good for getting around, and I like that there are many 24-hour restaurants.
