The hotel is at best location, the room is quite nice l, joyce, neha helped us a lot a recption services and pankaj and sahid was quite helpful at luggage and also special thanks to Ayub Shaikh guiding us through out tour.

I really enjoyed the stay here thanks to the receptionists there Neha, Shabas, Kathy, all three of them helped me to get the best room and helped me with various things.

The hotel is not bad, BUT The staff threw away my new toothbrush while cleaning the room, and when I raised the issue with the manager, instead of apologizing or making amends, they brought a dirty toothbrush and said, "If this is your toothbrush, we'll give it back to you!"

Such a nice hotel in the centre of dubai everything was fine welcoming staffs I also liked there swimming pool and they have free parking though its difficult to go in the lady at the reception was welcoming allowing us to check in early the African lady was amazing

I stay in this hotel for 2 weeks but i really like that hotel because carrefour metro food shopping mall anything is near and also good swimming pool i hope i will come again here

Very unhappy with the people at reception , today at 2:20 am i asked them to help me out with the charging cable for my mobile , even its available and not in use but still they denied to help me out at this hour of time shops are closed and i expected the little courtesy which cost nothing yet…

Their shower faucet seems to be missing 'control valve' for hot & cold water; suddenly it dispense too hot water in the middle of shower, enough to get you burned; then gets cold after few seconds.
