Very non cooperative staff..not ready to help in any way...very rude attitude...if asked for cutlery they send you disposable plates in room service...if requested for high floor rooms ..given rooms on Different floors...not at all welcoming...won't recommend a bit...horrible

The room was really tidy and spotless or should i say everything was really splendid, the staff were greeting was like a family, and specially i love how the bell boy @bishnu treat us, it was really like a friendly environment with him, and thank you everyone for everything❤️

What made the situation worse was that when we tried to raise a complaint, instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue professionally, we were met with arguments and an attitude that made us feel like our concerns did not matter.

Love the place, ordered for the standard suite love it but there is no microwave in the kitchen plus the stove can’t be turned on “ mama you can’t cook” so why is there stove in the kitchen after all.

There was also a really bad smell coming from the bathroom, kind of like sewage, and unfortunately, I even saw cockroaches in the shower.
