The massage area hasn't seen any renovations or additions, and unfortunately, the staff didn't handle the check-in professionally, unlike some other Dubai hotels where check-in is at 9 AM and check-out is at 6 PM.

I have stayed with other Thai chains such as Anantara which offers exceptional service compared to this ,The rooms seem aged ,The quality of everything including toiletries seems just sub par and interestingly I booked a ‘pool view 1 bedroom apartment except the pool wasn’t anywhere in sight

I would have 2 negative points (1) Despite booking our room several months in advance, and requesting a non smoking room, we arrived at 2 am, and were taken to a smoking room!
