No bell boy, have to take luggage by self, no one to help, discourteous staff, food quality not upto the mark, small rooms and extremely slow and reluctant staff.

The hotel location is good clean but I didn’t I like my room at all I felt like in a box over looking other rooms so I cannot open the window, but the best part was the staff are friendly especially chef Hussein was very helpful nice and decent and Sayed from the housekeeping

Stinky room odor, Beds, linen sheets, towels were unhygienic, quite small rooms filled without proper housekeeping, and complementary breakfast was pathetic

Had a good stay here, very friendly staff and nice breakfast, it has decent rooms and special mention to the housekeeping staff, especially Abu Sayed And Muhammad, who was very kind, helpful, and always made sure our room was well taken care of
