Thanks to Pratima, Lynn and Nirbika’s warm service, I had a rly good time of staying here, this is my fifth time staying in this hotel, strongly recommend this one, trust me, the food here in the lounge is also amazing!

Location is very near to airport, rooms are best ,price is affordable in terms of INR or any south Asian currency , out of two swimming pools fitness pool is fantastic, gym has good range of equipments with cross fit area, overall worth 😀

The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable however the phone did not work and even though this was mentioned to reception over 48 hours nothing was done there unable to call reception or order room service without going down to reception!

Then I asked for a late check out at 4pm as its guaranteed benefit being an Ambassador Elite, but instead, Ricky from the Front Desk told me that its impossible then they will downgrade me to a lower room to see if late check out is possible.
