This is our lovely hotel to stay after 4 years we had stayed we came back and met amazing manager Mohamed Salah was very helpful and professional .

Some of the staff are good - the vast majority really don't care - you don't get any of the welcome or greeting you get at even the most basic of Dubai hotels.

One of the most comfortable stays in dubai, the atmosphere is amazing, reception staff they were so helpful “ the Egyptian guy and Linn” , breakfast was very tasty thanks to chef Ajay and chef Parushy, even the restaurant staff were very helpful 10/10
