We were given wet bathroom towels and dirty duvet and countless more incidents such staff barging in the room when you've put a DND sign on the door waking up our daughters trying to nap.

Location and interior design of the room is good but old and need maintenance, also AC is not working properly, it's working but not cold, I called reception and informed them the issue and they send a technician but he couldn't fix it, I hope management will see those problems
