A very bad behavior of everyone in this hotel neither security guard is having a good behavior and neither the rooms are good also they are taking advantage of people by asking them to pay extra money when on the receipt they are saying sports bar is free so i will give 1 out of 10

Rooms were very dirty and full of insects..and during breakfast buffet the lights were not working and when we asked the staff he said “I cannot do anything else,if you don’t like it you can go” very rude and unprofessional staff

Housekeeping was ok, but 1 weird thing is , I have to keep reminding the housekeeping( Which will never pickup the call when i call direct extension, and have to call reception to pass the message etc), to request for bath mat and face towel !
