The restaurant is okay, the breakfast is complete, the cleanliness is good, the staff is friendly, but for room service, the hotel should provide more ironing facilities, or if possible, provide them in every room.

The location is very strategic, close to Ngurah Rai Airport and close to the tourist area, the hotel is good, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is also delicious, the facilities are complete, highly recommended for those who want to hold office events or vacations with family.

Very close to the airport, nice pool where you can drink and eat good Korean food for example while taking a bath, the room was really spacious.

Friday night entertainment went on until 11.45 PM, rubbish singer and loud sound system, it was so loud and bad you couldn't tell what song they were singing, so much for a quiet night
