The bad view is actually an empty building, the toilet is small, check in but the room is not ready at all, it's far, the suitcase is on a chain and can't be opened, the staff doesn't come and doesn't guard the front of the suitcase, it's really ew, there's a little comfort

Stairway into pool only available by the bar, with a lot of people lounging on the stairs in to the pool drinking, there needs to be another way in!

The gym is abit small not much equimemts,plus some were broken..smoken ,we can smells sigarrets smells from our room..Noise from the garden function room..they can do with a good paint around the roof top pool and bar areas its bit run down ..

Breakfast is good , service is good , the staff friendly but my problem is downstairs there is somebody plays guitar and singing every single night till 12 AM , sooooo annoying , u can't get a nap in the evening or go to sleep , hotels for comfort not for loud music !!

First they gave us room with street view and there is live music 🎵 down in bar every day from 07:00 pm to 10 pm 🕙 and that music was so loud u can’t even rest properly in room 😒

That new security is really bad, really double standard, when it's a good car's turn to park, they give it a place, when it's my turn to park, I'm chased away and told to go to the back even though there are lots of cars in the front parking lot, it's not clear
