The location of the exit access from the parking lot is because it is directly on the main road which is busy and today I left the lobby area and the security guard did not see me coming out and did not stop the vehicle coming from the North, instead the security guard ran inside.

Aircon was a problem and it was very hot for the first couple of hours until I finally managed to get the temp right, and the toilet didn’t smell very good, leaving a toilet freshener in the bowl would be a good idea.
