Two lovely pools, our room was right alongside one pool, which we had to ourselves as the resort was quiet and not too many people.

My companion also mentioned that the staff member she spoke to over the room phone had a rather unpleasant attitude when she called for assistance, which unfortunately left us with a poor impression of the service.
