They may have been understaffed on that night but the service was inattentive and chaotic and people had to wait a long time to have their orders taken and even longer to receive their meals.

The hotel is slightly further down the road from Ubud Palace so you either have to walk for +/- 30 minutes or take a Grab taxi (though the traffic gets a bit congested around 5-6pm).

The drain kept clogging at the beginning of the shower, but would clear by the end.

The bath area needs some minor finishing touches as the rain shower leaks and there are some gaps in the water sealing in the room we were in.
