Everything was old: the chairs and sofa were greasy, the shower was filthy, there was a terrible smell, the yellow curtain was moldy, and the insects in the shower were horrific!!!

When they finally got back to Expedia (3 weeks late) they claimed that the request was refused because it was too late ( when we had tried to get a hold of someone at the hotel for days , probably 20 or more call attempts & emails).
