Come on, you guys can improve the cleanliness and tidiness, I mean the hotel is already nice, the rooms are spacious, but you guys haven't improved the maintenance of the facilities, the bed cover is torn, the sheets are stained, the bathroom door is broken, the faucet is rusty.

My experience staying at the Amaroossa Bali Hotel, the atmosphere is comfortable for staying with family, the pool is not too big, there are lots of trees, the location is not too crowded and congested, the price is still affordable

The breakfast is delicious, the music is good, the wifi is smooth, the rooms are nice, only some of the terraces can't be used to sit and relax and there is no refrigerator, otherwise it's OK, I like it 👍

The restaurant service is not responsive, the door lock makes a loud noise when I report it to the receptionist, who pretends to know and says the door isn't closed properly, then just closes it and leaves, the food at the restaurant takes a long time to arrive, there are no tissues on the table.

The swimming pool was not very clean and the surrounding area was poorly maintained, and the stones around the pool were full of holes and moss.

The water was not optimal and it was often broken, the hotel was dirty and there was no maintenance at the swimming pool, the hallways and corridors of the rooms were full of bird droppings and dusty, very very disappointed with this hotel
