This was one of the stays in Bali, we had a great time, good service, kind people, the rooms are clean, multiple restaurants on the complex and outside there are many opportunities to shop and have a bite to eat, this is definitely recommended!

The site was to big in area, some personalisation was lost, staff too busy in some area and the younger pool staff were slack in there duties.

She was extremely delighted, the food was great, the staff was friendly, we had the opportunity to rent bikes and walk along the seafront, in the evening there was an artistic program on the beach.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and tentative.We got to know many of the staff over our week stay🙏All the food and drink we had at the hotel was beautiful.The beach front location is a big winner, along with a good location to shops, massage, restaurants and bars.

Their theme nights like Friday sizzle sate night the food in my opinion is not good I also went to a Mexican theme thing the food was again on sticks and cold also from my room I could see the Barong theme night and very few people were there word is getting around

We spent two weeks in this hotel what a waste of money $175.00 US dollars per night the hotel room is outdated when built over 50 years ago and we think the bed mattress is the original very uncomfortable would not recommend this hotel.
