My daughter and I shared a Deluxe Pool View room, which has a clean design, free mini bar restock each day and wonderful views over the pool from the balcony.

The only complaint is the pool lounges are being taken by people who don't use them for hours the staff did try and keep and eye on it but it needs to be reinforced more.

Stayed in the stones for two nights, was told the 3 year old child was free with the booking, then when a bed for the child was requested it was an extra cost and it wasn’t cheap otherwise a cot was free.

Hotel requires you to pay a NON-refundable deposit to book drinks and food to the room and if not all is used you forfeit whats left.

After talking to patrons around the pool who visited the hotel a couple of times in the past were also appalled how much the hotel has gone down hill...As one couple arrived very late & could not even check in to there room due to the mould & smell ( which as we discovered was everywhere throughout…

Then when you get into the hotel there are broken tiles, broken wooden slats by the pool the rooms are decent, although we had to move twice as the aircon was broken in the first room and the second room had mould in it, but the third was ok!

The roof top pool had live wires hanging out and detached from pool light all together didn’t work, which they sent some one to fix it but didn’t was still hanging off.
