The room is quite spacious, the AC is cold, minus the towels should be cleaner from stains, the toilet should also be free of limescale, the bathroom should be cleaner, the staff service is okay, helpful and friendly, for the price rate it is okay, please evaluate the cleanliness, thank you

Booked 2 rooms, 1 with balcony, 1 without balcony, got a clean room with city view, soundproof, safe bathroom, cold AC, on the 2nd day the AC water leaked, but was immediately handled by the staff, breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️, easy access everywhere

I'm a bit confused about what makes the check-in process take so long...even though it's already half an hour past the scheduled time...even though the guests check out at 12:00...it's tiring standing at the reception for more than half an hour...and the waiting chairs are also limited...please fix…

Moved to a twin balcony, the bathroom was smaller than the one without a balcony, the problem was the shower that didn't work properly but it was still usable, the AC was colder than the previous room, but the default room was a bit smelly, maybe the smell came from the bathroom so maybe you should…

When I first entered the toilet, it was very smelly, which is understandable, there were 5 cockroaches in the bathroom, 2 in the corner, and there were also some in the cupboard, even getting into suitcases and shopping bags, even though it's a 3 star hotel, the standard of cleanliness etc.
