Some were able to give good local information, whilst one woman in particular, told us there were no buses to the Colosseum, there were no taxis or Uber available at 5 am.

Room is on the smaller side, with an unpleasant view to the hotel's "back-side" - worth paying more for the good view.

Cosy rooms (kind a small, but bear in mind that this is the oldest hotel in the city), great staff, next door artisanal pasticceria and perfect view (on the Pantheon) is all you need.

Unfortunately, most of the photos were misleading; for example, there's no terrace, and the photos showing a view of the Pantheon aren't actually of this hotel.

Small things really - the sink plug didn’t pop up properly, and the lavatory would keep flushing until you hit the button again hard!

Climate control did not work: the room was 25 degrees and I was told the air conditioning was switched off; and that if I wished to cool the room I should open the window.
