Shower had damp mould so could’ve been cleaner, some of the staff are so friendly and helpful but others don’t want to know you and were quite rude.

There was blood on a towel when we arrived, there is mold in the shower, wifi did not work at all, and hotel reception is not available 24/7 as stated.
