The staff were very friendly, the bathrooms were a bit dirty, the bed was comfortable, the location was the worst part, the neighborhood is quite scary at night, although the people who work at the hotel are amazing, the guy who helped me, I think he was Argentinian, was very friendly.

The bedroom furniture is old and broken; a large puddle forms in one corner of the bathroom whenever the shower is used because the shower screen is faulty; there's a 3 cm nail sticking out of the floor that's a hazard where there used to be a doorstop, which is no longer there.
