We didn't like just one thing - while the beds were made every day, towels arranged in the bathroom, the floors were not wiped.

our stay in there was excellent, staff is super sweet and helpful, location is good, right next to termini, colosseum walking distance and metro not far away, if you’re considering booking with them, absolutely go for it!

The worst nightmare was the toilet leaking onto the floor at the base, which made the bathroom smell badly of urine and we had to keep it plugged with tissue paper.
