Amazing location, far enough away from tourist spots so you’re not overwhelmed walking outside.

The location is great, the common facilities are cleaned once a day and can be cleaned more per request of the guests, the door on the beds gives some extra privacy and the storage drawers are large and super practical.

The sleeping area could be a little bigger, and I think there should be two toilets per six beds in a dorminatory or an additional toilet in the hallway.

a very pleasant ambiance, quiet at night which allowed for a good night's sleep, a great location right next to the train and metro station, and the staff were very attentive and professional.

The receptionist was very cold, refusing me a second juice at breakfast and claiming my coat wasn't lost without even checking (his colleague found it 5 minutes later...).

Temperature was high initially when i checked in and i thought there would be no air conditioning, but later on they turned on the AC and temperature was amazing

in the morning we had an unexpected surprise: the AC service guy just busted his way inside the room to change the AC filter, good thing that I was not coming out of the shower or something.
