We were very pleasantly surprised by our room for two people with private bathroom; everything was clean, the bed was made daily, the room was large and accessible by elevator.

The rooms are small and too crowded, 9 beds in a 9 sqm room, the bathroom was very dirty and smelled like piss, the night reception guy was too rude and made us pay a fee because we were late to check in.

The guy lied to us, saying we couldn't use the kitchen because it "wasn't working," and what they actually did was unplug the appliance so we couldn't use it.

The room it self is alright, and it’s really close to the station, but there’s a lot of things wrong: the shower is hanging loose, the toilet seat is broken, the shower is also leaking, the bed is falling apart, there are like 3 different WiFi’s and none of them even work, and there’s a lot more ….

In the morning we went down to reception and complained about various things, Exposed electrical wiring in the bathroom which has a shower and all other rooms, room smelt awful, toilet in our dorm did not work, had to use an external toilet and mould on the walls.
