The room is full of dust, air conditioning is not working (the temperature was 33 degrees outside), the bed is terribly uncomfortable, the breakfast is the poorest, there is no water ( tea, coffee) in the room.

We had paid for a triple room and asked for a double bed which had been granted on request but was given a tiny room with two single beds shoved together.

The place is horrible, the service is terrible, they send you somewhere else when you arrive, the room wasn't in the same hotel, the bathroom didn't have a door, the reception staff are terrible, and on top of that they charge you to store your luggage.

A total disaster, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, the sheets are covered in other people's sweat, the towels are dirty, no hot water boiler, no coffee, no tea, in short, a night in the nightmare of filth, total rubbish, never again, better to sleep in the car than in this rubbish

It was difficult to find the room, it didn’t feel very clean and comfortable, the shower was difficult to work, the bathroom window was broken off its hinges, and I was overall not a place I’d stay again.
