Bad adventure happened we do not know yet because of who the hotel says about booking booking says about the hotel is the fact that the staff after calling it turned out to be really rude.

it's not a 4-star hotel, the rooms are very unpleasant, there's only air conditioning in the summer (in Rome!!!), the facilities are old and mediocre, and the breakfast is very poor.

Wonderful place, not only for being in the center and close to all the monuments, but also for the tranquility, the friendliness of the breakfast staff and receptionists, and the superb breakfast.

and little more, not height of the 4 stars for sure, the rooms are rather dated and not as clean as they should, breakfast is definitely the best dish, although a little more attention would not hurt, I write this because the asking price is from 4 stssse superior and here we are on 3..

However, the experience is partially overshadowed by two areas of improvement that are not up to a 4-star rating: breakfast, which needs a decisive upgrade in quality and variety, and the general care of the hotel, which shows signs of wear and requires more attention in maintenance.

The rooms were very neglected, the bathroom door didn't close properly, the bathroom stank, the breakfast was very poor (hard bread), the walls were like paper, I was with my son, we were talking quietly and the receptionist called us saying we were too loud, the location is great, it's close.

Some doubts about the administrative competence of the front desk, as they asked for a copy of the credit card used for the reservation: too bad it was a virtual card, but even explaining this didn't help.
