The breakfast was very good.

Google, December 2025, rated 5/5 by this guest

I don’t believe the Superior room cost is of value or any bigger than a regular room.

Booking network, June 2026, rated 8/10 by this guest

Breakfast could have been slightly better (particularly the coffee)

Booking network, April 2026, rated 10/10 by this guest

The reception doesn't answer the intercom, and luckily we only stayed 3 nights.

Location in the very center, shops, cafes, bars all around, all the monuments at your fingertips, helpful reception staff, delicious breakfasts with a view from the 5th floor, I recommend it, it's really worth it

The hotel is very well located for visiting all of Rome, the staff is friendly, and the room is a bit dated but very clean.

The carpet is a bit dirty, bathroom has water stains I don’t think it was thoroughly cleaned.

Quiet at night219Weak spot

Noise from street below during night was a real downside

Booking network, April 2026, rated 7/10 by this guest

The location is amazing, but it also means the window couldn't be left open overnight due to the city noise.

Google, October 2025, rated 4/5 by this guest

But everything is noisy, you can't sleep well with the street noise, the church behind you with its bells, and you can hear everything from the rooms, everything!

Google, April 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

Too few mentions to judge: food.

The staff I met during my stay were kind, but they could not provide a fundamental solution to the difficulties I was experiencing.

AC could have been stronger in rooms, but was ok.

Booking network, August 2026, rated 10/10 by this guest

I visited in early to mid-November, and it was disappointing that the room's heating and cooling seemed to be broken; no matter how much I turned the temperature up, only cold air came out 🥶

Google, November 2025, rated 5/5 by this guest
The lift9 of 2001 in 22 reviews

The hotel has 5 floors and an elevator that enters at most 3 people and if you are with luggage only one would enter.

There's only one elevator, and the breakfast area is on the fifth floor...

Google, September 2025, rated 2/5 by this guest

A booking not honoured4 of 2001 in 50 reviews

Gave me a standard room even though I paid for a superior room

Tripadvisor, April 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

Without a clear explanation, they only said that we would be accommodated in another hotel of the same group, supposedly superior to the one we had booked.
