Valentina was amazing...to assisting us with a delayed flight and arranging taxi 🚕 service and especially thankful for her restaurant recommendations for the restaurant downstairs as it was the best food of our entire 3 week tour of Italy.

Pleasant staff (both at reception and at breakfast), good location for direct city visits (thanks to its central location), rooms generally good, only the floor wasn't completely clean and unfortunately the pillows aren't ideal (too hard), but the bed and blanket are good.

Location was so great but it meant you are in the heart of the action so it was noisy.

The problem is that since there's no one at reception at night, when tourists arrive after a night out and cause a scene, there's no one to complain to and get them told off for being drunk, shouting, and arguing between 3 and 6 in the morning.

When I stepped out of the shower onto a new bathmat, I stepped on a tiny piece of broken glass and started bleeding, I then realised the top corner of the shower screen was cracked and glass must have fallen onto the floor.
