No Tea making facilities in the room, Some staff not very helpful, a lot of broken equipment in room, air conditioning, light switch, bathroom fan not working properly, tiny rooms, bar rarely open, accused of using alcohol from mini bar ( none taken )

A few flaws that make it unsuitable: the breakfast isn't very extensive, and scrambled eggs (which are often available even in 3-star hotels) are considered an extra, so they're available but cost extra.

The building is old and was certainly very prestigious in its time, but today it feels a bit tired due to the furnishings and the presence of beautiful marble and wood paneling, mixed with carpeting and baroque curtains, once common in the homes of wealthy Romans.

The property shuts off there central ac for the season so there was no ac in our unit but they did provide a fan.

I thought the carpet was dead, a fluttering sheet was placed on the mattress, the room furniture was old and worn, the minibar didn't work (it was fixed the next day), the in-room phone was broken, and it's inconceivable to have to pay extra for eggs, porridge, and pancakes at breakfast.
