When I complained again later, they claimed they had checked everything and didn't see any issues, so they didn't know why I was complaining.

When i arrived the receptionist said my room was upgraded and it was actually the worst room as it had 30 stairs inside which wasnt convenient and when i asked to change he said no rooms left, meaning it wasnt an upgrade at all and had to make a big fuss to change the next day and move

Good hotel with regard to the location, good breakfast and quality of products but I can not fail to point out that in our room (a junior suite) suddenly came off the roof an air conditioning duct.

The walls are noticeably dinged/patched up but not painted, the floor is majorly scratched, the light fixture above the bed is hanging from the wires coming out of the ceiling, and the water does not get hot in the shower.
