So everything is a mess due to their renovation everything has been the furniture the curtains and the bedsheets were dirty housekeeping had clean the room after 3 o clock which had been disappointing

We book a room and when we go to the room at night normally we go to room at night, because day time we spend outside the hotel, we can't sleep properly due rat 🐁, rat is inside our room very dirty room no properly cleaning and staff behavior is very rude, very bad experience our in this hotel

Hotel is good in general but the room you advertised on the website is shocking first I was given room 1213 it’s filthy had to pay extra 1600 bath for a better room I sent emails to you guys but no response .
