The rooms were unclean (we had 3 cockroaches in 2 nights), unsafe (wires were protruding from the ceiling by the shower) and poorly maintained (the door to the balcony didn’t lock, the safe didn’t work and there were no glasses or plates etc in the ‘kitchen’ area).
