When we raised this with the manager, instead of resolving it or offering an alternative, she rudely told us this was the “only room available” and that we should just get used to it for the remaining nights.

we stay for 1 hour waiting unit our company contacted with them and they gave us the room in other building not in the main building we stayed one night only and ask the company to cancel our reservation and booked in other hotels .never returned to that hotel again .
