Room are great, location the best, walking distance to BTS but Service was terrible, the receptionist looks like she don’t wanna be there, no greetings upon my arrival, gave me wrong room, she didn’t even apologize for her mistakes but other staff did.

It has three fan speeds; the high and medium speeds are very loud and can disturb sleep, while the low speed stops the air conditioning altogether, leaving it unbearably hot.
