Very clean and outfitted.

Tripadvisor, July 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The room is as described and very clean.

Tripadvisor, September 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Great location, amazing customer service, loved the decor and vibe (it was great that they gave back to artists with special needs and used their artwork on walls - it was chic too!), I only wish my room was a tad cleaner as I had some dust and debris on my floor.

Tripadvisor, July 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

Loved sleeping in the bed book.

Google, August 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The bed was very comfortable too!

Booking network, September 2026, rated 9/10 by this guest

My only note was I found the bed to be incredibly uncomfortable & woke up multiple times in the night due to my back hurting.

Google, December 2025, rated 5/5 by this guest

Clean and newly built hotel, great views, a rooftop bar with stunning views and an outdoor lounge with couches facing the skyline of Manhattan, as well as couch area in glass encased outdoor area, indoor seating and bar.

Good stay, room felt shabby

Quiet at night3512Mostly good

The staff was so kind, and the rooms were very large, especially by NYC standards, and the room was so quiet despite being in a busy area.

Google, May 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Rooms were quiet even though near the BQE.

Tripadvisor, September 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

I wish I could give 4.5 instead of 4, the docking is only because the walls were a bit thin (we could hear loud music and a lot of coughing from the room next door to us one night of our stay), but overall would for sure stay here again!

Google, August 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

Problems guests raised

Raised most: problems in the bathroom, in 15 of 294 reviews.

Problems in the bathroom15 of 2941 in 20 reviews

The only problem was a leaky shower, which got the floor all wet.

Tripadvisor, August 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

My only real critique is that the shower doors are not sealed well and the floor outside of the shower gets extremely wet.

Pleasant but didn't like the area/and additional hotel taxes, expensive for what it is.

You have to pay a daily destination fee but there’s no gym, they don’t even give you water…

Our room is tiny for a four star hotel, we had to call the front desk twice in one day to fix the incredibly cheap and janky TV, the front desk clerk seemed to have no idea what a first aid kit was when I needed one, the closest convenience stores and groceries seem to be shut down, there's really…

Google, April 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest

He did not apologize and instead said: "I think you can understand that this isn't our fault." OK.
