The location was great for my needs, the hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful and pleasant and the coffee was at the main lobby bar was excellent.

Worst hotel ever, you can't use your reward nights to pay the meals, they charge an extra of $45 per night out of their butt (not specified when you reserve with points) and the food is awful and expensive.

The hotel markets, as if there is a pool for guests to use however, the pool was so slim packed with people because it’s open to the public that we were not able to use the pool any of the days that we were there.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that they are not a guests (which is mean they pay almost nothing to have access to it), but are they make overcrowded space near the pool and it seems like a public pool in a hot summer days.
