Clean, well located for transit (L line is like a five minute walk), next to Bedford Ave (lots of shops and food/food trucks), super nice front desk staff (shout out Mehdi who helped me get a fridge and microwave in my room)!

This sleazebag hotel charged me $22.95 in "facilities fees" and taxes per night of stay on my already fully paid Priceline reservation, refused to credit it, and refused despite promises even to call me back.
