Small things: I think our room was supposed to be a queen but the bed was definitely a full and there was a weird stain in the hallway on the carpet!

My room had a lot of ants

Booking network, September 2026, rated 10/10 by this guest

We had a few ‘ants with wings’ in the room and after I read the reviews I saw a few people saw that before us too.

Booking network, August 2026, rated 8/10 by this guest
Heating and air conditioning8 of 2921 in 36 reviews

No air con upstairs, there is also loud noise between 4-5am like a building site / bins being changed, not sure what it was but horrendous to listen too.

Booking network, June 2026, rated 8/10 by this guest

I've stayed before and would happily stay again! The one call out I'll offer is to avoid the dual-level rooms when it's scorchingly hot, as the 2nd level where the bed is gets very warm, and is hard to cool down with the AC downstairs.
