When I questioned this, I clearly told them that we specifically paid for a 1-bedroom suite with Burj Khalifa view, yet they expected us to accept a much smaller and completely different room.

My room was dirty, had moldy mattresses, had broken furniture, had a hole in the ceiling, a dirty shower, had paper thin walls and all I heard was doors slamming and every single word of the people in the next room.

They moved me to another room claiming it was an “upgrade for the inconvenience” — but it was still dirty, noisy, smoky from other rooms, and the key never worked (I had to go up and down 28 floors daily, sometimes waiting 15 mins because the service elevator was broken).

I stayed here for atleast 4 months first 2 months were good but after that they shifted me to a lower room without any prior notice saying they cant give me that room because they have limited rooms like that after that they kept ignoring my requests for room cleaning and room telephone repair.
