One of my favorite go to , warm and smart people in reception, well dedicated and trained housekeepers, jaspal is literally a life saver by showing up smiling and making sure my room is ready for another day.

The employee named "Mohammed Hamdi" was one of the worst employees I've seen in terms of customer service, and this is unfortunately damaging the hotel's reputation.
