First we spoke to the check In Counter for the check in and the lady spoke to us carelessly and then we asked for the manager who surprisingly also had the same unwelcoming vibe ..

Ilike the location which all the beach's you can go by walking there is gam in the hotel the room is good the service is good what I don’t like it in the hotel the pool are very small the room service always late and i want to add one point more there is no self parking i would like to park my car…

I checked out on September 5th, and as of today—September 22nd—they still haven't refunded my 500 AED security deposit; furthermore, they did not mention the existence of a security deposit when I made the booking.
