It was a great stay in London when we were there for the Bon Jovi concert...the breakfast team was very friendly, open-minded and even though there was a lot of work, everyone stayed calm and friendly.

There was effectively no view from my room; through the (filthy) windows, all you could see was a small canopy and the building next door (see picture).

Overall, a good experience but it seems that walls are wafer thin and you can hear the TV and conversations from adjoining rooms.
