There are a lot of insects, the bed is extremely uncomfortable and makes a loud noise whenever we move, and unfortunately, the reception staff have not been helpful or cooperative at all.

One small suggestion would be to have the pool water slightly warmer, as it can feel quite cold, especially given the mountain setting and cooler temperatures in the evening.
