We were ignored multiple times during our stay when waiting at bar area, when we finally got to order the meals took a very long time and lacked flavour.

Only little things that were issues was the rooms were about tired and the shower had a bad smell from the drain but it went away after a few minutes.

Very poor amenities, horrible shower head, shower floors and grouting, horrible phone system and terrible mattress, I couldn’t sleep due to the springs in the middle of the mattress hurting my ribs and back.
