Clean, spacious room, located centrally BUT it’s 11:30pm and all I have heard for the last 3 hours is a deafening thump, thump, thump bass, music and screaming into a microphone.

Had to ask the staff to spray cockroach spray in bathroom as there was some running around, then came back and had to request the to clean about 10-15 dead cockroaches.

The Dragonfly room backs up onto the tennis facility, when the facility is open it is noisy, tennis balls being hit constantly.

One small issue is the wifi didn’t work for two days but we had plenty of data so no big deal and also the lift has been broken for a year for one floor (level 2) but it is the secondary lift
